Wide product range with multiple applications

Located in the most sought after neighborhood of São Paulo, this project consists of nine towers with different geometries for residential use, as well as a shopping center. In a second phase, the construction of three new commercial towers along with a hotel is planned.

This group of buildings are part of the skyline of this Brazilian city.

 

In the first phase, nine residential towers have been build, each with its corresponding name, seven of them 158 m high and with 41 floors, and the remaining two towers with 28 floors.

The shopping center, with more than 78,000 m2, houses 120 stores as well as multiple sports facilities in the upper part of the building, in addition to garden areas.

 

G Shoring System, props and BTM beams were used in the construction of structure of the residential towers, while the water tank was built with COMAIN formwork. During the construction work, 500 tons of different formwork systems, props and falsework were used.
