The El Cajón Hydroelectric Project, located on the Santiago river, is the largest infrastructure project carried out in Mexico within the last 10 years. It forms part of the Santiago Hydrological System and it is designed for the generation of electrical energy through two 375 MW units. An average total annual generation of 1,228.64 GWh is planned. Among the six power stations built to date, this project holds the second place in terms of power generation.

The town of Tolosa, with nearly 20,000 inhabitants and located a few kilometres away from an important city, has experienced an increased demand of new homes. The construction of these seven story blocks provided up 400 apartments that solved part of this demand.

This ambitious project, located in Boadilla del Monte, on the outskirts of Madrid, houses the Grupo Santander´s centralized services. The complex, with 424,000 m² constructed, also provides spaces for leisure, restaurants, shopping areas, sports facilities, parking, transportation services, daycare centers and training centers.
