The 236 m tall S y V Tower has 59 floors with 1,600 m² each, to which an additional 6 underground floors of 7,500 m² must be added. This project is located in the northern part of Madrid, and completes one of the city´s most unique urban development plans: the International Convention Center.

Of the construction projects completed in this venue, ULMA Construcción executed more than 15, among which the most emblematic stand out: the Water Tower, the Aragon Pavilion, the Spain Pavilion, the Participants Area, the Congress Hall, the Metropolitan Water Park...

The two towers, designed by the well known architect Toyo Ito, are approximately 120 m high. Each has its own function: one is a hotel and the other is a 40,000 m² office building.

The new Soccer Stadium of the RCD Espanyol is located on the outskirts of Barcelona, in the town of Cornellá-El Prat, on a 36,000 m² lot. The project was carried out in three stages: construction of a rugby field, urban development of the entire sector, and finally, construction of the stadium.
