Das neue Zentrum für Operative Medizin II ist das Schlüsselprojekt der Restrukturierung und Modernisierung des Universitätsklinikums in Düsseldorf. Die Nutzfläche des Komplexes mit fünf Stockwerken beträgt etwa 20.000 m², die Bruttofläche 46.700 m² und das Bruttovolumen erreicht 200.000 m². Das Herzstück des Gebäudes ist das chirurgische Zentrum mit acht Operationssälen. Dort konzentrieren sich jetzt die komplette Belegschaft, die bis vor kurzem auf verschiedene Gebäude verteilt war.

Dies war im Oktober 2004 eine der größten Baustelle in ganz Bayern. Insgesamt wurden über 143.000 m² geschalt. Sieben Schwenkkrane bewegten über 5.000 Tonnen Bewehrung und 42.000 m³ Beton.

The Donna Towers are two 170 m high twin towers, one for residential use and the other for business purposes, joined together by a 3-story podium. They are located in the well known 7 million square meters area of Dubai Silicon Oasis technology park. Both of them have 34 floors (two of them underground) and offer the same facilities as a 5 star hotel.

The renovation and expansion project of the La Palma airport involves, in reality, the construction of a practically new aerodrome, since it includes the expansion of the platform, new accesses, temporary parking area and a new terminal.
