The two towers, designed by the well known architect Toyo Ito, are approximately 120 m high. Each has its own function: one is a hotel and the other is a 40,000 m² office building.

Diese Brücke über den Fluss Bóbr besteht aus drei Teilstücken, von denen jedes 57 m lang ist. Der 14,55 m breite Freivorbau besitzt zwei Querprofile von 271 cm Höhe und einer Dicke zwischen 70 und 90 cm. Die Flügelbreite des Unterstützungsvorbaus beträgt 3,25.

This project is centered on a building designed to hold a shopping mall and supermarket owned by “El Corte Ingles”. It has 4 floors that are under ground and in the form of a trapezoid, occupying some 13,000 m² each, which are used for parking, facilities and a supermarket. It will also have another 5 floors and an irregularly shaped roof. Each floor will cover some 6,200 m², and this will be used as the commercial area.

The building has two stories constructed in concrete and a third story made of metal structure. The first floor is concrete joist slab of 82x82 temporary block, 14 rib and a thickness of 40+7 with a free height of 4m and a surface area of 120,000 m², while the top floor is a voided slab with lights up to 16 m, 58+7 wide, and free heights: 5.78 m and 7.93 m and a total surface area of 85,000 m².
